OUR POLITICAL RESPONSIBILITY

H24/ Article / Hazım KORAL

It has been a long time since the election has entered the surface of the mail, in fact, there are days left for the election. As a nation, we are the subject of intense political propaganda and some promises. When we look at the fiery words spoken and the grandiose promises made, we see that each party offers a lot of hope to its target electorate.

However, there is a sinister situation that has become internalized and taken for granted, which hardly seems to account for! There is a dead-end situation for the electorate and the parties that aspire to power, which almost nobody (knowingly or unknowingly) takes account of.

If we were to explain this dire situation on behalf of our Muslim people, as stated in the relevant article of the Turkish Constitution, which is the guarantee of secularism, "The program of the party that will come to power must be in line with the official ideology of the state." As can be seen, not only political parties, but also the entire electorate is the addressee of this condition. Let's think, as a requirement of the principle of secularism, "the values of belonging of the people" are kept away from the administration. In short, you are not even given a choice in this matter.

Whereas, wanting to "rule and be ruled" with Swiss family law, Italian criminal law, French administrative court system, UK/German commercial law, US (Fulbright) education system, that is, with the laws of blasphemy, and the laws of infidelity means rejecting the legal system of Islam. It is blasphemy, it takes a person out of religion.

In addition, and in fact, let us state that the formation of a political structure compatible with Islamic values is a responsibility entrusted to our Muslim people as a divine obligation, and this is related to faith. "We have sent down the Qur'an and the scale so that you may establish justice on earth." (Hadid: 25)

"We have appointed you to be responsible for the rule of law. You follow that sharia (law) and do not follow the whims/desires of those who do not know." (Casiye: 18) "Judge between them according to what Allah has revealed, do not follow their desires and beware that they may violate the norms of law that Allah has revealed." (Maide: 49)

These orders of Allah make it necessary to make "Islam" a state mechanism, an "established order" in the name of a public order.

Therefore, working and striving for this purpose is a religious duty.

Let's remember, our late teacher Erbakan stepped into political life with this sense of responsibility and said: "No matter what community, sect, or sect you are from, if you are not fighting for the dominance of Islam, you are worth nothing." he was saying.

Sometimes he used the metaphor of "Just Order" and "Islamic Union". Just at the beginning of the road, similar aims and objectives were expressed in the founding charter of the National Order Party. This is what he meant by the slogan "Islam is the only way". As a matter of fact, "inclination and longing for an Islamic order" was cited as the reason for the closure of all parties that were dissolved. The regime we are in is so brutal, so despotic, so anzavur that our Muslim people have no tolerance for the values of their faith.

A complete tyranny. Unfortunately, the founding will has said so in the name of secularism.

They are never willing to accept a management approach in accordance with Islamic laws. Without shame or boredom, they call this "democracy, in which the people determine their own form of government by their own will and govern themselves".

So, what they call "democracy" is just a deception and deception. Years ago, in a television program, our late teacher Erbakan said, "If the will of the people is in question, if the will of the people is applied through elections, then I have a proposition for you:

Each party's program/regulation should be in the nature of a 'Constitution', and when the party elected by the people comes to power, let the people rule the people with its own charter and its own program." Of course, this proposal was not accepted. Because the state ideologically rejects all kinds of religious values in the name of secularism.

In short, when the secular state reflex is like this, as a result, the right to "choose the form of government" is not given to the electorate (our people) under these conditions. As we have just stated, this is what we mean by the concepts of ceberut, despot and anzavur.

Most of our people are not aware of this aspect of the event. With such an interventionist reflex, the regime violates the rule of law and ignores the will of the people. Despite this bitter truth, some of our people, who are aware of the issue, cast their votes for the party they see close to them.

We say "kerhen" because regimes that do not base on the rule of law and violate fundamental human rights and freedoms are despotic, not legitimate, illegal. Let us also know that while the founding will determines the form of government on behalf of our Muslim people, instead of engaging in "design" in accordance with our values of belonging to Islam/belonging to Islam, it has adopted the West on behalf of the "contemporary civilization level" (contemporary civilization level), adopting the West as the qibla, its basis was nothing but axis shift and target deviation.

Because this was not what should be done on behalf of a Muslim society. What really needed to be done on behalf of our people was the establishment of the principles (principles and rules) related to the legal system of our supreme religion, Islam, "as the determining and guiding factor". Now, nowadays (in one aspect of the event), our people are invited to a referendum, that is, to the ballot box, for the survival of the tyrannical system.

Why wait?

Because the parties are the safety valve that camouflages the tyranny regime. Of course, our late teacher Erbakan, who came to the political scene to disrupt this game, struggled for forty-odd years. What troubles did the Ceberut regime cause to our teacher?

His party was closed four times on the grounds that "secularism is being violated" because of his Islamic discourses; he founded the fifth party. Representing the founding will (Kemalism), the ceberut anzavurs carried out the last February 28 Coup with tanks on the streets of Xinjiang, and they were so blinded that they said "we will use weapons if necessary"...

However, our late teacher Erbakan always spoke of mercy and divine justice in his struggles and speeches throughout his forty-odd political life, saying "Peace, peace and brotherhood are in Islam".

This was what he meant by the slogan "Just Order". When he became Prime Minister, he established the Islamic Union (with the D-8 project), which was the order of Allah.

On the other hand, for the first time in the history of the Republic, the budget did not have a deficit, with the economic policies it implemented and called "pool system" and "balanced budget". Our teacher declared war on interest, which the Messenger of Allah said "under my feet" and which means "to wage war against Allah and His Messenger" (Baqara: 279) as is fixed in the verse, and he was emphatically expressing that capitalism is a system of exploitation. The incorrigible crowd of counterfeiters who favored the continuation of this exploitative order kept saying, "Erbakan is undermining Kemalism."

Kemalism is nothing but the idol they worship, the temple. Declaring the days when they abolished religious laws as a feast, they go to the maşat, which is a copy of the Temple of Apollo Hephaestus, on their anniversary and renew their allegiance and faith.

Didn't he already say, "This country cannot be governed by dogmas thought to have descended from the unseen and from the sky," while he was still alive?

As a matter of fact, hadn't he made this a rule in the name of secularism and made it the fundamental constant of the regime?

Secularism, that is, the principle that rejects religious values, was included in the Turkish Constitution as an article that "cannot be changed or even proposed to be changed". Tyranny, waging war against Allah, and keeping religious rules away from the administration required this!

Now, based on this brutal/top-down approach, some of our devout people are reluctant to go to a referendum and vote. A class of our people, on the other hand, vote for the parties they feel close to, saying "the arm is broken, the yen remains inside" in order to undermine the despotic regime.

They say, "Yes, there is the plague in this business, there is concession in this business, there is sin in this business, but our Lord knows our intention, at least let's not leave the square empty for these oppressors to do something in the name of Islam."
